Healthcare and senior care services
Non-medical in-home support, homemaker and home health aide services, respite, and services for older adults and people with disabilities. This lane draws directly on our co-owner's 15+ years running healthcare operations: staffing, scheduling, supervision, documentation and compliance at scale.

VETTED leads the program and self-performs its share of the work. When a requirement spans multiple disciplines, we build the team, SDVOSB-first, and integrate it under one management structure that complies with limitations on subcontracting.

How we deliver
Every contract VETTED holds runs on the same management framework, whatever the lane.
Transition-in
We confirm scope, staffing levels, site requirements and reporting with the contracting officer and COR. We name a program manager and publish a phase-in schedule with clear start dates.
Staffing and training
We recruit, screen and onboard staff for the work and the site, and complete role-based training before anyone starts. Partners follow the same standards.
Performance and quality control
Supervisors inspect work against the contract's performance standards. Findings are documented, and corrective actions are assigned to named people with due dates.
Reporting and review
We report on schedule, track workshare against limitations on subcontracting, and hold regular performance reviews with owner participation.
What we do not do
- Pass contracts through to other firms. VETTED leads, manages and self-performs its share.
- Claim experience we do not have. Key personnel and affiliate experience is always labeled as such.
- Pursue construction lanes at this time.
- Perform clinical or medical services under our healthcare lane. Our care services are non-medical.
