How care through VA works
Talk to the veteran's VA social worker
The VA care team looks at which daily tasks have become hard. VA decides eligibility and how many hours of help make sense.
Ask for VETTED by name
You can tell the social worker which home care agency you would like. VA sends the authorization to the agency.
We call you and plan the first visit
We talk through the veteran's routine, match a caregiver close to home and confirm the schedule with you and the VA care team.

Why VETTED exists
The veterans we serve and the agencies we work for should get the same thing: a team that shows up, tells the truth and finishes the job.
Evan Shelline enlisted after 9/11, completed SEAL training and spent a decade deployed with the Navy SEAL teams. After the Navy he directed more than 60 vessel protection operations without a security incident. He started VETTED to bring that discipline home: to veterans who need help staying in their own homes, and to agencies that need a partner who delivers.
Co-owner Chris Warburton brings more than 15 years of running healthcare operations.
