Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective date: September 23, 2026

This website is run by Vetted LLC ("VETTED," "we," "us"), 2125 Butterfield Dr, Suite 299, Troy, MI 48084. This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the care records we keep when we provide in-home care, which we protect separately and share only as needed to provide care or as the law requires.

The short version

  • We collect what you choose to send us, plus basic information about how people use the site.
  • We use it to respond to you and to improve the site.
  • We do not sell your information. We do not share it for other companies' advertising.
  • Please do not send medical information through our forms. Call us instead.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, such as a care inquiry, a federal contracting inquiry, or a job application, we collect what you enter. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, and your message. Job applications may also include your availability and work experience.

When you call us, we may record the phone number you called from, the time and length of the call, and, if the call is recorded, the conversation. We will tell you at the start of a call if it is being recorded.

Please do not send medical information

Our website forms are not designed for health information. Please do not include diagnoses, medications, medical history, Social Security numbers or VA claim details in a form. If we need that information to help you, we will ask for it by phone or through a more secure method.

Information collected automatically

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and the general location (city or region) and type of device used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We use this information in summary form to improve the site. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Call tracking. Some phone numbers on this site are tracking numbers. They help us learn which pages or sources lead people to call us. When you call one, our call-tracking provider may record the calling number, the time and length of the call, and the web page or source that led to the call.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and requests
  • To review job applications and contact applicants
  • To understand how the site is used and make it better
  • To keep the site secure and prevent misuse
  • To meet legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the site, forms, phone system and analytics, and only so they can do that work for us
  • Government authorities or others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect someone's safety
  • A successor organization, if VETTED is ever merged or sold, under the same protections described here

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and call records only as long as we need them to respond to you, for related business purposes, or as required by law. Job applications are kept as long as employment law requires.

Your choices

  • You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal requirements to keep it.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or email system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason to keep medical details out of web forms.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as va.gov, sam.gov and Lily Hospice. Their privacy practices are their own. Please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
