What we deliver
Healthcare and senior care services
Non-medical home care, homemaker and home health aide support, and services for older adults and people with disabilities. Our leadership has run healthcare operations across nine facilities with 160+ staff.
Facility support services
Facilities support, janitorial, landscaping and grounds maintenance, and industrial laundry and linen service for federal sites that need dependable, well-supervised crews.
Program management and team integration
We lead the program, self-perform our share, and integrate qualified partners under one accountable prime. Specialty lanes such as graphic design and signage, home medical equipment and engineering are delivered with vetted teaming partners.
How we work
Contracting officers need a prime that owns the result. That is how VETTED is built.
- We lead and manage. VETTED holds the contract, runs the program, and answers to the contracting officer for cost, schedule and quality.
- We self-perform. Our own employees do our share of the work. We do not pass contracts through to other firms.
- We team SDVOSB-first. When a requirement calls for partners, we look first to other service-disabled veteran-owned and veteran-owned small businesses.
- We comply with limitations on subcontracting. We structure every team to meet 13 CFR 125.6 and track performance percentages through the life of the contract.
VETTED is a newly established prime. We have not yet been awarded a federal contract, and we say so plainly. Customer focus: Veterans Affairs and beyond
Our primary customer focus is the Department of Veterans Affairs. Under the Veterans First program (VAAR 819.70), VA gives priority to service-disabled veteran-owned and veteran-owned small businesses when it sets aside acquisitions. As an SBA VetCert-certified SDVOSB, VETTED is eligible to compete for those set-asides.
Our healthcare lane fits VA's own priorities: care for aging veterans, support at home, and dependable frontline staffing. Our facility support lanes fit the day-to-day needs of medical centers, clinics and federal campuses. We also pursue SDVOSB set-aside and full-and-open opportunities with other agencies where our lanes match the requirement.
Based in Troy, Michigan, we have direct capacity in Southeast Michigan. For requirements elsewhere in the country, we team with qualified partners, SDVOSB-first, and manage them under one program structure with VETTED accountable for the result.
