Hi, I’m Evan

Leading Vetted is more than a role for me; it’s a continuation of my commitment to serve. Every day, we strive to offer the kind of support that I would have wanted for my fellow servicemen and women — respectful, understanding, and unwavering. We are here to lift each other up.

Meet Evan Shelline

Evan Shelline’s life changed course following the 9/11 attacks, compelling him to join the Navy and complete the grueling BUD/S training to become a Navy SEAL. Throughout his ten years of service, he engaged in global operations and earned numerous combat and achievement medals, a testament to his dedication and skill. After military service, Evan led counter-piracy operations to protect U.S. merchant ships off Africa, further demonstrating his leadership and commitment to protecting others.

Transitioning from active service, Evan found a new purpose in helping fellow veterans understand and obtain their benefits, a role he approaches with deep compassion. Aside from leading Vetted, Evan is also a real estate agent and an involved community member in Southfield, Michigan, where he lives with his wife and four children. An avid board game designer, community minister, and practical skills teacher, Evan embodies a life of service and gratitude.
